20 Minutes to complete the following. Work up to the 80 and 90 percent. Take up if feeling good. 2x3 @ 80% 1x3 @ 90% Take up to daily max if feeling good

200 m Run Max Pull-Ups * Anything below 15/10 pull-ups on each set finish with burpees. IE... If you come back from run and do 11 Pull Ups ( MEN ) you will do 4 Burpees then proceed to run for next round.
