Track heaviest jerk in wodify. Will do a new set EMOM. Base % off curent 1 Rep max or last known heavy single

LIFE ONLY: 3-4 Sets :90 Skierg 8 Arnold press :20 Front rack static lunge hold (per leg)

OPEN: Metcon (Time)

10 Rounds 7 Pull ups 5 T2b 3 Devil press (50/35) RX+= Chest to bar

15 min cap. Looking to keep rounds to around :90. Modify as needed
